Earnest prosecutor Jason Ha (Yuen Biao) had always toed the line, but that ended when mobsters took out a key witness and his entire family. Ha tracked down one of the assassins responsible and delivered his own justice-but he’d have another challenge when indomitable inspector Cindy Si (Cynthia Rothrock) was handed oversight of the situation.
