The Last Dragon

Michael Schultz

In New York City, a young man searches for the “master” to obtain the final level of martial arts mastery known as the glow. Along the way, he must fight a martial arts expert corrupted with power, and rescue a beautiful singer from an obsessed music promoter.

A portion of ticket proceeds will go to FAN. With your purchase of a ticket each guest will receive a set of (2) 1.25″ buttons and (2) 3″ Stickers created by J. Freeman Robinson. Additional stickers and buttons will be available for $3 purchase before and after the film with the proceeds going to the FAN program as well.

FAN’s mission is to cultivate a focus on youth well-being and positive development in an environment infused with safety, security, and love.

We provide youth in foster care opportunities to nurture their interests and talents, acquire new skills, and gain a sense of personal and group recognition in an atmosphere of hope.

FAN has changed the lives of more than 100 teens in foster care since 2006 by providing an after school and summer-time “home base”— a safe and engaging space with supportive staff. For many young people, this is the most consistent home and family that they have known.

J.FREEMAN ROBINSON is the Creative Director at Freeman the Artist, Inc. “Growing up in the 1980’s New York as a black youth I was lucky to be exposed to some of the most influential black films of my generation. Inspired by Berry Gordy’s The Last Dragon; I created a series of stickers and buttons donating all the proceeds to FAN for Black History Month.”
